Our main offer is effective self-defense training based on the martial art WING CHUN Kung Fu.
Alternatively, you can only train FIGHTER FITNESS or WING CHUN with us.
If you want the best of everything, choose a combination of FIGHTER FITNESS and WING CHUN.
We also offer WING CHUN FOR EXTERNALS who are already training Wing Tsun, Wing Tzun, Wing Tjun, etc. somewhere and just want to see something different. As an EXTERNAL you can join our training completely ANONYMOUSLY.
In addition, anyone can request PRIVATE LESSONS.

Here is our timetable!
The training is divided into three individual lessons.
You can joint the training when you want and leave when you want.
Either you only train FIGHTER FITNESS for one hour and go home or you join us for FIGHTER FITNESS and only one hour WING CHUN or - if you are not into fitness - just join us for two hours WING CHUN without fitness. If you want full power join us for all three units!
Design your training in a way that suits you and is compatible with your job, your family or your work-life-balance. The main thing is that you do something for yourself and .... start moving 😎🔥!
